There were no complaints at all, we had a great time with the included breakfast of eggs and bacon, spacious modern queen room.

The place was spotlessly clean, our room was spotless and reasonably large. The hotel had favourable and absolutely perfect location just off downtown, local restaurants, and local areas. Also, it was 15 min drive from Jackson Crossing Mall.

The hotel staff was not so friendly.

The king room we booked at Comfort Inn & Suites in Jackson was fantastic, with excellent facilities. Our room had a private safe, multi-channel television, and a fridge.

I have my stepson every other weekend. This a is a perfect get away.

Cleanliness and great tasting coffee

I changed cc when checking out and I was charged twice. I'm waiting to see if this will be taken care of or if I have to call. I was not informed that the first card was charged already.

This place is pretty spacious and super clean, which is awesome. The staff here are really friendly and always on top of things. The location is really convenient and just perfect 🌟. Plus, they have on-site parking, which is a great bonus!

Chelsea at the front desk was so pleasant and welcoming.

The housekeeper yelled at me for bringing coffee into the pool area. There are so many rules that no one reads them - my mistake. But she didn't have to be rude. It should probably be posted larger and more clear to avoid her having to verbalize it since she lacked good communication skills.

Nobody was aware of WIFI connect problems and could offer little help. Also the printer available for use by those staying needed a new cartridge according to messages and there were none on hand to fix the problem. so how to print boarding passes?

The room was super clean and had its own bathroom 🚽. The staff was incredibly nice and top-notch.

The convenience of this place was top-notch for attending an event in town. Plus, it's right by some great restaurants and on the outskirts of the city. The prices for the food here were really fair. 🍔

The staff really tried to lessen the smell since other like rooms were not available.

Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke.
